Once orders are placed we aim to dispatch orders within 7 working days please note most of our products are made to order.
Large orders may take longer please call if you have a specific delivery date or deadline.
We do not dispatch orders on weekends (unless especially arranged) or bank holidays.
All deliveries are delivered in our own vehicles and are curb side only.
All deliveries must be checked and signed for if no one is available to take delivery the goods will be returned to our work shop and additional delivery costs will be incurred.
All plaster products should be stored in a dry flat area Fine Art Plasterwork cannot be held responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
Returns
On inspecting your order and before signing if the order is damaged or wrong please call us and we will of course replace these items free of charge.
As all items are made to order they are non refundable.
